I'm not sure if these have been addressed at all, I went through and looked for similar topics but didn't find any, sorry if I'm repeating anything.
First bug: Ships spawned from the catalogue, especially AI pirates, frequently spawn without any of their weapons computers attached to their weapons (happens with antimatter cannons and the various missiles). This glitch is making it pretty difficult to run an interesting server, seeing as the pirates mostly just chase people without shooting them. If there's a workaround for this I'd love to know.
Second bug: Antimatter cannons stop working correctly after a certain threshold is reached. I have a ship with somewhere around the 2000 mark. The default settings, where power is distributed 25% to each, no longer fire as far as they should, and individual beams don't hit as often as they should. (the effective range is reduced to a couple of hundred meters). I've worked around this by setting 95% of the power to damage, but it's probably something that shouldn't happen.
