New Mechanics
1. Turret turning uses mothership power. (IIRC this is already planned)
2. Turrets turn slower with mass. (I think this is planned too)
3. Turrets turn faster and turret turning drains more power in bigger turret docking areas. (I don't think they're planning on keeping the current docking system so this probably won't happen).
Pros:
1. Making a big turret turn fast uses more potential turret "real estate." This requires a cost benefit analysis, which is more interesting in constructing ships.
2. Potential maximum turn speed is based on ship dimensions which favors non-cube ships since cube ships minimize ship dimension/mass ratio.
Cons:
