Turret Development

[Kyoretsu]

Would anyone be willing to help me design a single barreled 360 capable circular turret to mount in a space that is 29mx29m? I am having the hardest time. Apparently my turret design skills are terrible. I need to make it AMC and as powerful as possible. Ideally being able to shoot large distances (AMC+Pulse), have explosive properties and be red lasers. I will meet anyone on their build server to bang this out. I deeply appreciate any help.
