Turret Blueprint placement

So is the ability to place blueprints directly on rail docks a thing now or is it not implemented? Because otherwise it would be a pain to put down turrets for a Titan/Dreadnought.

Yea, this and the lack of a jetpack are my biggest beefs. They will both be addressed, but they are not seen as a priority, despite being one of the biggest frustrations in the game.

You can always slap a shipyard together and spawn them in one spot to make it easier, but it is still a pain
