I wont mind turning speed being slow for capital ships if acceleration is slow as well. On that note, increasing turn speed the more you keep turning could be nice, and needing time to stop turning, in a way thats noticeable when your ship is huge. I think having the feeling that the ship is humongous can be really awesome.
