Hello,

#1 I do not believe we will be able to find a planet like galifrey but we could possibly make one.

#2 Would there be people with different types of T.A.R.D.I.S.es, for example; war TARDIS, battle TARDIS, exploration TARDISes, etc.?

#3 What size would the TARDISes be(10 blocks tall, 50 tall, 100 tall, etc.)

Just in case you were unaware, it is spelled Gallifrey.

That aside, TARDISes have somethin called a Chameleon Circuit that allows them to disguise themselves as pretty much any object. Seeing as how they are actually projections into standard space of an alternate dimension, they could be any size, and, due to the Chameleon Circuit, could look like pretty much anything.

There are different types of TARDISes. The Doctor\'s is a Type 40 TARDIS, although that type is apparently considered to be antique. The Doctor\'s TARDIS has a broken Chameleon Circuit, hence the blue police box.

These are some things to consider when creating your faction.
