Throwing concepts on power concepts!

Hello I just wanted to express some concepts to add with the possible new power system.

The possibilities are endless, we could redirect heat with valves for specialized systems.
Have exhaust valves to rapidly cool the the reactor but have it deactivate for some time and maybe standing in front of those may be dangerous for astronauts and ships.
Leak containment valves!
Power supply beam can become heat supply beam for ships who may need heat to do whatever they do with heat.
Heat cannons! Overheat and damage your enemy!
Some kind of new Thrust movement.

Please discuss possibilities and elaborate on the already expressed ones.

Devs don't want solid waste, so I guess the exhaust must consist of radiations simplified as heat, so starmade conduits must have the ability to bounce heat off.

Weaponizing/disposing of heat are interesting ideas. Heat cannons and exhaust valves could actually be added functions to thusters, with conduits leading from chambers giving thrusters extra functions, and logic controlling them.

In the real life, heat is energy.

But whatever - SM could use magic physics as long as it does it consistently.

What I would love to see is a heat rectifier that converted heat back into...Power? Capacity? The main thing being is that this block allows you to boost your reactor but its heavier than advanced armor. Hear me out:

I have a large mining ship. Its so big that it uses a push drive for main propulsion and thrusters mainly for maneuvering. It doesn't need to be high performance, just big. You wouldn't really want it on an attack ship in any large numbers. The real bonus I think is that you could pack stations full of them. Something like this could help solve the station-ship lethalness scaling thing?

I like the idea of exhaust ports to vent some of the reactor heat. As long as some blasted newb in an X-Wing doesn't shoot a proton torpedo in it....
