Throw out of my ship

I had just got into the game and gotten into my ship. I had just activated my gravity when I get thrown into the top corner of the ship and I have to slowly fight my way back to the gravity block where it would stop for a second then come back. This continues for a couple of times untill I get completely thrown outside of my ship through the hull and now its drifting away at a constant speed to the point that I cannot catch it.

I don't know if this is a bug with the gravity, or the docking module, or the ship movements. Hopefully this issue can be resolved soon.

It is because sometimes activating gravity can cause you to push your ship. And in larger ships it pushes it even faster. And thus causing you to get thrown backward in the oposite direction of the ships movement.
