Things you have done to make your server better?

Hello, I am gravypod. I own the ElwynEternity server and I wanted to share/trade ideas with other server owners. I am hoping more people pitch in. This is what you need to do:

1. Come up with a good fix/idea/tool to help make running a Starmade server easy
2. Create it
3. Share the idea with other server owners.
4. look at what other people are doing and implement it yourself!

I'll go first. After hosting a starmade server for a few days, I realized something..... starmade server is (far, and I mean FAR) from stable. It crashes randomly, stops working for no reason, and sometimes just wont let people connect. Due to this I have had to do a few small projects to improve stability.
