I think the UAF should come back, however not as a faction alliance like it was, more like a UN type organization dedicated to resolving forumside conflicts peacefully, and without incident.

I believe that a third party entity that could handle facilitating stable faction warfare in a controlled environment (Once we're done messing with numbers on the new game systems, of course) would do wonders in allowing shipwrights to test their designs, practice against other ace pilots, or settle disputes in an... Indisputable way.
