In an attempt to improve the Thryn fleet's firepower, work has started on Project Zombie Star.

It has come to my attention that the factions which attacked Thryn and the rest of NO on our first day on Hyper-Core, followed by provoking us and insulting us, have apparently run from the server.

Apparently they're "pissed off about the pirates" - on a hardcore PVP server. I can only assume this means that they're upset that we docked one of their undocked ships for them. At our homebase.

This is a shame, because it was not one of their largest ships, and we did not get any chances to properly fight against them.

We're not actually pirates :p
We just got labeled that way by people who started a war with us and didn't think we'd shoot back.

From what I can tell, 1st MEF and Space Cats (now Black Web) are used to being top dogs with their poorly modified community content ships, and assume that they're able to shoot at day one factions as much as they want without retribution.

I imagine it's pretty embarrassing to get one of your flagships stolen by some "newbies" you attacked on day one because they had suddenly taken your spot as #1 in faction members.

After poking around more, I have found that what I had heard previously was at least wrong, thank god for that.

Looks like there was trouble with the admin leading to their departure. Guess we're hunting for a server again.
