why do you want to join: I wish to have expierience on how a good faction functions through dimplomacy, combat, abd engineering, thus why I want to be a dimplomatic pilot.

Its True we arent very active but we had a recent change in leadership in the Star-made divison of the HA. We are about to get a lot more agressive in our recruiting and our attacks.

Hello sorry I have not been on in a while. While i was not playing one of my siblings decided to leave the faction. I was wondering if I could be reaccepted seeing as I did not voluntarily leave the faction. ( Also if i am let in can I design and build my own ships? according to standards and a certian design set.)
