texture problem ?

hey i have this weird bug or something, kinda hard to explain so ill just show a picture of it

this is what happend with a ship i was working on before the update
same with happend with all other structures like shops and astroids, does anyone know how to fix this ?

also my system: windows 8.1, 64 bit java
