Texture Black??/ GL_OUt_OF_MEMORY

Hello,
I'm new in Starmade and i have much Problems with the game...
First I always get the message: GL_OUT_OF_MEMORY then i have to click 4 or 5 times on retry...

After that the game is running normal... .
When i click on Spawn, the Textures are black, only the engines and the Background are normal.

please help me

Reduce settings that require more video memory, such as "Texture Resolution", "Max segments (view distance)", and "Procedural Background Res" (if it is on).

But the Quality is now crap and i think my PC is good enough to manage better Quality.

Windows 10 64bit
Intel Core i7
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 M265X
RAM: 12GB

I also can't increase the Memory to 2000 because then the launcher won't start...

But i don't think that my PC is the Problem...

In the first Launcher choose


and then change the settings to something like this


If you cant run the game then ... make sure you have 64 bit java installed
(you have to manually choose that on https://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp)

if still no success do the following:

Search for the logs folder (in the starmade install) .. delete its content .. start the game make the problem show up and end the game .. zip the new folder content and add it here.
add the settings.cfg also here
