Bug Text of items not fitting within the text box

For some strange reason when an item has more text than the textbox size there are no scrollbars to account for this in either the shop or the normal inventory menus. I'll see the text and than it gets cut off. In the case of the inventories of any kind the scroll bar they do have doesn't continue until it runs out of text it only ends up showing the top several lines. The shops have no scrollbar at all and expanding the menu to fill the screen doesn't work since it still gets cut off. Anyone know how to fix this or if it is going to be fixed?

T422: Block information not wrapping lines like shops do

lol it's funny since this has been like this since I downloaded the game too and it was always puzzling.
