Wasn't sure where to place this, but I figgered it fit either in the Bugs or Suggestions forum and posted it on both places.

You're not going to believe this, but I actually read the terms and conditions (I like the personal touches) and discovered a lot of what I believe to be errors, unless you want players to ONLY let people have access to Starmade in ways that ARE unreasonable, like this statement implies:

"You are not allowed to give copies away without permission, make commercial use of, try to make money from, or let people get access to StarMade and its content in a way that is not fair or unreasonable."

I'm also curious about why I have to do things that are unfair and adversely affect your rights, because I kinda love you guys for making this game (Seriously, if you're ever in south Sweden and need a place to stay or help moving some weekend, just gimmie a message).
"You must make any commercial use of them [screenshots and videos] or do things that are unfair or adversely affect our rights."

I love the bolded part of this by the way:
The types of things you must not make available using our Game include: posts that include racist or homophobic language; posts that are bullying or trolling; posts that might damage our or another person‘s reputation; posts that include porn, advertising or someone else‘s creation or image; or posts that impersonate a moderator or try to trick or exploit people.
Any chance you can add something like "or behave in a manner that severely reduces other people's enjoyment of the game (example: Attacking people in PvP, okay. Following them around after killing them and not allowing them to do anything, or constantly killing newcomers in the starting area, not okay), tossing around baseless ad-hominems or otherwise behaving like a complete asshole"?
I'd like to think of the other players in this game as friends or respectful adversaries (save possibly in roleplaying servers, and even then it only relates to in-character relations) and an all-around awesome community, and making excessively terrible behavior a bannable offense seems like it would be a great step towards making that that happen. But I'm rambling.

These were about all the obvious errors I could find, but there may be more.

I\'d attribute it to poor English?

Most of the things in an agreement like this are just to cover their butts should any legal issues arise. IE Bethesda Game Studios (Makers of Fallout 3 and Skyrim) have game editors, and in their EULAs, they say that anything created with the editors belong to them. Meaning they could technically take your mods and sell them. Technically. They are still human, and wouldn\'t do such a thing. It just protects them from copyright issues, and in some ways, it protects us.

\"You are not allowed to give copies away without permission, make commercial use of, try to make money from, or let people get access to StarMade and its content in a way that is not fair or unreasonable.\"

It\'s header is RE-DISTRIBUTION AND COMMERCIAL USE. So their statment is clear and to the point.

\"You must make any commercial use of them [screenshots and videos] or do things that are unfair or adversely affect our rights.\"

One thing is this is a contract what they say goes but something that people forget is a thing called \"Moral Rights\". Moral Rights (This right can not be sold or given away) gives the creator (Not the Copyright Owner) rights on how that creation is to be used or not used and the rights to be known as the creator of that item or thing. So if you make a video for Youtube Posting but the company then uses it in-game or for TV adverts or changes the colours or looks of that video you have a right to say NO.
