Teleporting away from ship

Whenever I leave a console (space core/cockpit/weapons computer/etc.) I teleport out of my ship. sometimes up to 400 meters away. It's really annoying having to fly back to my ship every time. Does anyone have any clue what's going on?

This is a known bug that has been plaguing the game for weeks. Schema is trying to fix it. So just buckle up and hang tight \'til then, I guess.
