    Hi everyone!

I've been playing starmade for a while now and love the crap out of it. I've been working on getting a functional fleet roster, and have a few ships I want to show. Seeing as how I love seeing all your creations and they inspire me. I figured I'd return the favour.

    Carrier - Baiulus Pattern (MK1)

The Staple carrier of the Tauris Shipyard line. this craft carriers no main guns. But it has an impressive array of turret hardpoints, 9 heavy hardpoints, and 11 light hardpoints. The craft also comes stock with a wing of Hasta Mk1 Interceptors. It is capable of carrying 2 whole wings or a corvette class in place of an interceptor wing. The shielding of this craft is the best Tauris Shipyards has put out to date.

The little brother of the Ferus Pattern, this battlecruiser stands at less than half the mass of the Ferus, with less shielding, this ship relies upon, speed, firepower and multiple layers of armour plating. While small, it packs a punch and comes equipped with a small hangerbay, equipped with a Hasta pattern Interceptor; 2 fore small turret hardpoints, and 2 aft medium turret hardpoints

The improvements in the Mark II over the mark I are a chassis redesign to bring it in-line with current Tauris design theory. The Total power storeage has descreased by 3% But power generation has a 30% increase, shield capacity has increased by 50% and regen has increased by 20%. New large turret hardpoints have replaced the medium turret hardpoints that dotted the dorsal sections, and new medium turret hardpoints have been placed along the sides in the fore-section. The Mark II still has a double-interceptor bay, and the historical armaments.

Super Industrial - Res Gestae Pattern (MK1)

When the need for large-scale, long-range industrial craft arose, Tauris Shipyards rose to the challenge, designing a well protected, well armed, harvesting machine. A two fighter hanger bay; an array of turret hardpoints; 3 fore AMC cannons and a number of SD-BB silos. This ship can hold it's own, deal massive damage, all the while harvesting.

Designed as an escort craft it boasts two massive antimatter cannons and two banks of missile launchers. It has been recently retrofit to bring it in-line with modern Tauris Shipyard design theory. A small turret hardpoint has been added to the belly, the powercore has been reduced for efficiency and the shield relays have been expanded

Wow, I like the looks of these ships, alot better than mine, although the first one sounds rather like \"Iteron\" from EVE Online :)

These ship designs are pretty amazing, tell me how you do it!

Should try make something like a Rifter from EVE, if you could, that would be amazing!

Keep it up, could make a really large fleet if you play long enough, maybe build a carrier with a hangar and park all your ships in there with AI blocks then launch them out when needed? Could be an idea.

    Thanks Croc! :)

I do take a lot of inspiration from the Eve universe, and try to design my ships around eve combat theory. There actually is a rifter someone did in one of these posts in this section. I cant quite remember who made it though.

Why not just assemble these into an album?

    makes it a lot easier.

    Nice ships though.

Some very nice looking stuff here! I love the menacing industrial style, reminds me of the TEC from Sins. :) Good to see veterans strutting their stuff.

Beauty in simplicity. These ships all look great and they really do look like they\'ve been produced by a shipyard for a single fleet while still being unique. The trouble I am having is I can\'t figure out how to make my ships not just be different sized versions of each other.

    Thanks for the feedback, guys!

@sven the trick is pick a few unique design features and carry them forward onto all ships. Much like the fintail concept of a certain competitor. ;)
