System claims - Neutral Zone?

Happy Saturday everyone,

Just curious if there is a way to restrict systems from being claimed by factions? I was going to create somewhat of a neutral zone that would be non-contested space for everyone. As it is right now, we have people claiming even the spawn section which seems unfair for others.

Sorry if this is already readily available. I checked through the config files and admin commands but found nothing. Worst case scenario, I can create a bogus faction to claim the land, but that would result in people getting less resources.

Any suggestions?

Schema updated it to 0.18. It has all the admin commands in the game.

The particular one you're looking for is:

• territory_make_unclaimable
  • DESCRIPTION: makes a system unclaimable (use system coords, reset with /territory_reset)
  • PARAMETERS: SystemX(Integer), SystemY(Integer), SystemZ(Integer)
  • EXAMPLE: /territory_make_unclaimable 10 12 15
