Swivel/free rotator block

This is a proposal for a different kind of rotator block (in addition to what is already present):

It would be nice to have a rotator block that can dock ANY block, and is logic free, with no angle restrictions. This block cannot be made to rotate anything - instead it is just a passive swivel/hinge. It would only allow rotation on a single plane, as the current rotators do.

This could be used to make hinges/levers - the application I personally would like to use it for would be sinew connectors to a push/pull muscle system on a skeleton/crane/digger etc.

maybe instead of making a new block add this to the rotor?
Make it possible to toggle the rotor from being "free" to being active and vise versa

I definetly like this idea, but I don't know whether or not it is possible.
