Please reopen this bug report: T891 Repair from Design Corrupts Design

Incorruptible added steps to re-create the bug months ago and no attention has been given to this very serious bug. Ships with turrets cannot be repaired without corrupting the design.

I've done another test to provide video evidence. Evidence is contrary to the reported problem. Likely occurred due to some form of lag at the time. Problem may have also been fixed since then.
