Stuck on "connectinc to localhost"

    Hello, I cant seem to be able to play multiplayer. It simply gets stuck on "connecting to localhost" window.



    Any solutions?

    I have the same issue right now but in single player too.

    localhost = local PC / machine

    Of course it gets stuck to connecting, since there is nothing to connect to.

    For singleplayer, just use \"Sandbox\" mode under \"Singleplayer\" section, for multiplayer, you actually need to type a server\'s IP and port there, like from this list:

    I did use singleplayer, which is why I\'m confused as to why it requires to connect to anything.

    You have to make sure the bubble next to Sandbox /Singleplayer is clicked, then, a small window should appear which is the creation of your local server, then the game should start. No connecting, no stuff.

    I have been looking at how singleplayer works and apparently it opens a private server on your computer for you to play on. Seeing as its a server i looked at the problems i usually have with serves and it turned out my anti-virus was blocking me from playing singleplayer. Hope this helps!
