Show you energy generation with Cap maximum to prevent extremes [100.000 E p/s ?]
Shows you Shield amount and recharge with a Cap maximum to prevent extremes [10.000.000?]
Has room for 1 comodity slot [for example 1000 ice crystal block]
for a Reinforce state to give people from defrent time zones a chance to repair their station shield

I took this idea from CCP's EVE-Online.

Cost for this station upgrade should be around 10.000.000
and can only be placed if you have a faction block on your station

This sugguestion is crude and need some serious tuning
any thought on the subject is appriciated

Activator blocks are both underused and overused. People who use them virtually build stations out of them yet people who don't, you can't find them at all. So, there isn't really a balance.
