Start a new Star Trek Faction

All these strange words that i am translating into english with brackets are in klingonese

I would like to start a new star trek faction, cause st is amazing and stuff. I would like either a Klingon or a Federation fleet issue is i cant build and stuff.

If the fleet were to be Klingon obviously it would be called Klingon Empire (tlhingan wo') and use kdf ships and the ranks would go as such

Qang (Chancellor)
Sa' (General)
HoD (Captain)
beq (Warrior)
rewbe' (Citizen)

however for a klingon faction i could also just do a klingon house that would operate pretty similar to the empire just look slightly different (same ships and whatnot just different ranks and diff name)
for instance House of Qay'Dun or House of Torg (Qay'Dun tuq or torg tuq)

and the ranks would go as such

joH (Lord or Lady of a House)
puqloD (son is the actual translation but i guess it could also be interpreted as heir)
ghIntaq (trusted adviser of a house)
HoD (Captain)
beq (Warrior)

alternatively the ranks for a house could go like this

joH (Lord/Lady)
ghIntaq (Adviser)
HoD (Captain)
beq (Warrior)
tuqnIgh (Member of a House)

for a United Federation of Planets faction the ranks would go like this or something of the sort

President
Admiral
Vice Admiral
Captain
Citizen

what do you guys think anyone willing to help me make a faction? there is a great klingon skin in the community content section that would work fine for a klingon faction
