Starmade V0.199.654a not working

I just got the last version of Starmade with old power. The launcher opens, but the game won't open. I have tried restarting my computer and opening the game multiple times. Any suggestions?

This makes me wonder what is different about the old launcher that makes it work while the new one doesn't.

Either way, both use different code all together (Assumption, Citation Needed), then something may be preventing it from working in the New Launcher.
