The site Starmade-servers.com uses a live status checking tool that causes a lag spike every time it checks server status.
We found this to be the case on a Ping Perfect hosted server, Tectum Clementia.

Pingperfect are looking into this issue already, We have allowed through the various firewalls we have the IP that sends these query checks which will be rolling out to all the datacenters over the next few days.
