starmade server download

my friends and i want to play but i can't find the starmade server download. the site has changed a lot and i cant find it! please help!
EDIT: forgot to mention the server wont update for us to play and connecting to server is fine
EDIT 2: I now have another problem as well which means i need a new OS because i'm out of memory, i have Windows XP and it only supports 3GB of memory and i have maxed it out

In the launcher below the start game button is a button labeled start dedicated server, they just need to connect to the IP of that computer, and they can play.

Yes, it does, you must not have set up port forwarding properly if you can't connect.
