Starmade now runs 1 fps no matter what i do

last time i played starmade it ran 100% fine but now i can not even spawn due to it being 1 fps i did everything i can think of..what do i do?

you tried turning down settings?

Turn down your settings as low as they'll go and make sure your computer has at least 2GB of RAM open for starmade, 4GB is best min but higher than that helps.

I believe its your view distance. Chunks are now 8 times bigger.
set your view distance to 1000 instead of say 12000 like i used to have.
