Starmade not responding when trying to launch

Like in title
>Saw the game on YT and wanted to play it
>Downloaded new launcher from the website
>Installed starmade and logged in
>Trying to launch
>Loading screen appears and then stops on 49 or 50 %
>Windows says that Java Platform SE Library (or sth like that) is not responding
Help? :3

Open up the install folder for starmade
there should be a "logs" folder in there and inside that folder should be a "logstarmade.0.log" file

please add that file to an answer here

ok seems like reinstall in different folder helped

looks like the video file of the start screen was broken (the red schine star thingy)
i guess the reinstall solved that then
