Fixed Starmade Dock Downloads Are Broken

You can't download nothin.. You get some odd weird XML error or something, and I'm using Google Chrome, as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozzila Firefox, and everything else, can't even load the website for me..

For anyone who finds this error, simply replace https://smd-vault.s3.amazonaws.com/ with https://starmadedock.net/data/

We're working on the issue at the moment.

This issue only affects uploads done in a certain time frame, the majority of content is working correctly.
