Starmade Developers

Are the developers of starmade a part of a company, or are they just refered to by thier names? I ask because I have added the game to the Wikipedia list about combat based space games and needed to know the name of the company developing and producing the game.

As far as I know, they don\'t have an affiliation name yet. They\'re just known by their screen names.
