StarMade: 0.092821: The power crisis continues

    Hello,

    the last update caused a bit of panic. Here is the next step:

    - Power Updates
    -- decreased cost for thrusters (minus ~33%)
    -- decreased cost for weapons (minus ~80%)
    -- decreased cost for shields (minus ~50%)
    -- decreased cost for cloaking (minus ~70%)
    -- decreased cost for jamming (minus ~70%)
    -- constant increase of recharge increased from 10 to 25 per power recharge block
    -- fixed base power capacity increased from 5000 to 20000
    -- capacity per any block calculation eliminated (now solely relys on power tanks)



    Please also note that the power capacity blocks scale the same way, power recharge blocks did.

    All variables are NOT final. This is a testing phase.

    I like the changes except for the AMC buff.

    As it is now in the game, no matter how much you invest into shields, AMCs are just so stupidly strong they shred everything. Even more so now that AMCs got buffed harder than shields.

    I think these two should be balanced against each other.

    Maybe so that with an AMC that uses x E/s you break even with a shield that uses x E/s.

    Or maybe have it like that but with a factor of AMCs being 1.5 stronger, but as it is now, AMCs just destroy everything.

    Power cap needs an increase i think, i\'ve hit the limit with my third ship, its only 13x13x13 and flying+shooting drains all power. Also, thrusters need to be tweaked, i have 75 of them and still turn slowly.
