I have plans on making the connie along with its variants. Just hope there will be enought room to make fancy retractable turrets.

You should watch the latest Around the Verse, they are remodeling the connie and its pretty to the point of I might buy it

I looked at the specs for the M50. Why not just drop the shields altogether? Instead, a couple more guns (because, that's all that could fit) would help that ship much more. With only 220 shields, if you get breathed on, you're toast anyhow.

I just wanted them for the fact that there are, in fact, shields on the ship. Might remove some of the capacitors since the core can store more shielding than before.

I will indeed. The only feature I probably won't include is the moving engines, since its one of the few places of the ship not taken by the interior and I can put some shielding in.

As you can see, the Hornet is in works. I've finished an incomplete "base" model from which I'll do all the variants. Will slowly update all the other ships with the new rail docking as well.
