spawned a second me

This is sorta a bug I think but its borderline so I am posting here, I have been playing single player for a while. I somehow spawned in the same world I already created with the same username but somehow I was no longer the owner of my ships and was no longer in my faction another identical version of me was, and I had basically the starter pack meaning the "fake" me still has all of my material, money, ship ownerships, and faction control (home base acceptance etc.) anyone know what went wrong? and if it is fixable?

sounds like you somehow left the other singleplayer world on, and logged in with a slightly different username.
