The blueprint-modification code, which is enabled by default (and appears to have a terrifyingly default option REMOVE_MODIFIED_BLUEPRINTS = true //Auto-removes a modified blueprint), is a little overzealous and paranoid.

(Said blueprint still appears to exist, which is nice, at least. I don't have to recreate it. Oh, right, I remember what I was doing now before it freaked out.)
