Spacestation Build desgin fix

Hey the space station that spawns with the four black towers and the central spire with the elevator needs changed slightly. The elevator shaft in the central spire has an even amount of blocks so the elevator is off center, for most people this wouldn't be a problem but for someone like me who has OCD it bugs the heck outa me.

Simple fix: Just destroy it and rebuild it to be proper!
