Space Colony Needed Anyone up for the task?

Hello everyone, Im looking for anyone who could possibly build a kind of a huge mobile space station. Something big, To put in orbit around a planet. From there it could be used to send supplies and materials down to the planet and help colonize it. But the main purpose is to build a Space Colony, Similar to the Guardians Colony from Phantasy Star Universe.
