Space Anchor:
Basically it will anchor the ship in space when Owner logs off, or crashs from the game, so people cant just come in one night, nobodys on, destroy the ship, and loot it... i got this idea from lakota since he/she logged off, came back on the next day and found the ship missing.
(Space anchor is just what it should do... but a better name would be nice...)
Possibly have it so whoever is first to place the block down, becomes the owner of the anchor...
