[SOLVED] Help with importing .sment files

Am I missing something because I can't seem to import .sment files. No problems saving locally or uploading locally but when I download a .sment file for Starmade I cannot figure a way to get it onto a client or a server. Any suggestions? I already guessed at copying to blueprints/DATA but this does not work. I see a catalogue file and I am guessing the ship has to be in this file to be uploadable but you cannot edit it and have no way to import ships into it.

When you start the game with the launcher there is a pull down menu before your connect to the server. Under tools there is a ship catalogue manager. So you can import .sment files here into your local catalgoue. It would be nice to have a way for the server to import as well just not the client for remote servers.
