Small UI QOL Suggestion

I would find it extremely helpful if the Ship Structure Screen would remember it's state (what is open/closed, bonus points for scroll position) when I close it and reopen it later. Especially when I want to quickly toggle Turret AI.

That would be helpful. In fact, that whole screen needs to be redone. It's the same miserable thing as before the GUI update.
