Bug small fighter nolonger turns

Before patch ship worked fine, after the patch the ship goes forwards, backwards, strafe left and right but when I move mouse to actually turn nothing. I jumped in different ships an they seemed to work just fine. So I reloaded the ship and same issue.

Whats the ship made out of? The update made advanced armor hurt your speed ridiculously. >:/

Is the camera you are using facing forward the same direction as forward for the core?

Ok update: after the hotfix my fighter is working again. That was extremely strange but glad it is fixed.
