Small but useful feature... Auto-delete.

So, this is a small suggestion and I suppose more of a quality of life thing. But I would like to have the ability to set an "auto-trash" on my storage bins. This doesn't have much use yet, but once the stack limit hits, I could be invaluable.

My idea is that one could open a drop down similar to the "pull" feature already in the game. Instead of setting types/amounts of blocks to pull from other storage units, it will delete those blocks.

I would rather have a recycler block that turns unwanted blocks into scrap and (rarely) a piece of crystal or ore.
