Would it be possible to add the ability to slow the rotation of rail rotators that are in the dev build? In particular it would be fantastic to have text based input on the rate at which they turn; however any input allowing the rotation would be fantastic. I realize it is possible to place delays to the input for the turning mechanism; but that would also create a jerky appearance.

One of the intended applications that is driving my request, is the desire to make a rotating environment internal to the ship to simulate a 24-hour day. To be specific, a semi-spherical simulation of the sky, which will rotate around a city within the ship.

A linked rail speed controller lets you do this, I think; if not it will be eventually. If you had, say, 100 activators attached to your speed controller and only one on, the rotator should move suuuuuuupppeeeeerrrr slooooooooooow. (Nigh-undetectably slow, if memory serves.)
