[slabs] I'm a little sad that this didn't work

    Please tell me it's possible/in the works?

    I blame schema for giving me the idea in the patch notes (RE: "we looked at different options to display different states of a cargo area filling up") and I thought it would be cool to have a "progress bar" of slab states. Curious if the slabs worked like the rail states, I attempted to link the activation to a block and have it change based on the state of the block next to the activation. It doesn't work, but It would be interesting if it did.

    Slabs are purely structural and are just thinner versions of standard building blocks. They are not affected by logic. (As far as I know.)

    Yep, but the point I was making is that rotation is a state of the block... Just as is the slab size. I was kind of hoping that the blocks could be tied to activation modules like the rails and it would change it. Thus the point of the post. ;)

    What you could do is just put the whole thing on a rail, and move it back and forth (with only 1 part being visible at a time)
