Skylord Luke turrets not working?

    Hey all, I downloaded Skylord Lukes rail turret pack and built an awesome shipe around them ( ) but the turrets don't work at all. I really doubt that skylord luke built the turret incorrectly, so what is the issue? The faction blocks are activated as well as the AI modules, but the turrets only seem to be able to aim up and down, not side to side. I've made turrets myself before that worked fine but I haven't played in a long time. I tried adding mass enhancers but it didn't change anything. The missile turrets on the bottom have exactly the same problem.

    First of all jump into a turret yourself and see if you can move it around.
    other than that you probably obstructed the base of the turret somehow so it's not able to turn.
    The turrets today needs two axis points to rotate around, one vertical and one horizontal.

    they aren't obstructed at all, and it's odd im having the same issues with both the missile and the cannon turrets. Both bases are sitting flat.

    the turret you downloaded, is it two entities? three?
    if it's two you need to dock it to a turret rotator.

    Okay I think that's probably it then. It's on a rail which is probably not letting the base rotate like it's supposed to. Thanks!

    the rail-docker is what you dock with :P
    you probably docked it to a rail or a rail rotator.

    You'll need what is specifically named "Rail Turret Axis". One for horizontal rotation, the other is probably embedded inside the turret you downloaded, it allows the barrels to rotate vertically. Both, of course, are required for useful turrets.

    I know what the problem is,I placed AI module on the wrong turret entity,it should be on the last
    one in the chain.. stand by,I will fix it,and release the updated ones :p

    You have few new turrets too.

    New names too so you dont get them confused.

    IMPORTANT
    The bobbyAI modules are now located on the turret entity where the weapons are.
    so the turrets WILL rotate correctly this time. :)
