Skin Won't change for other people

I have gone through the steps of uploading my skin, and it changed for me, but not for my friend on my server. any help?

Skins don't seem to work on some servers since the latest update.
Ask a admin if there is a warning saying "GameSmith tried to upload a corrupted skin file" when you join.

In my case, I am the admin, and yes I get this kind of message
