I've had some blueprints for ages and for some reason when I went to override them with a new version some I could but others I couldn't and this gets rather old fast over many worlds. Noticed in single player the only ones I can override have me set as owner but others that I was set to owner but not now for whatever reason I can't override.

I know there was a setting to allow us to get around this in single player and can't find the thing, any ideas?

In single player you are the admin. Check the blueprints catalog admin tab. You should have complete access.

In the catalog.cat file is listed who owns each blueprint and how it's used like enemy use. If you start a new world then you need to copy this file over to the new map. Else all blueprints loose the owner and usage status.
