Is there a way to upload a picture as a signature from my hard drive instead of using a URL? If not, is there a site someone could recommend I could upload my image to in order to get a URL for it? If there is a thread that already explains this, could you instead just put a link to it here? I could not find a thread that explains this.

You can always upload your images to imgur.com
All you need to do is make an account.
Most people here are using that or something similar.

and with imgur, if I recall correctly, you don't even need an account, you can just upload an image.

if you just want the raw URL for the picture to upload directly onto a forum, id recommend tinypic.com .
