Shop window: Hide "can't buy"

Make it so the shop window doesn't display blocks & categories that don't actually have prices set.

This would make it much easier to browse player shops, as you're not scrolling through pages of useless listings to find something to buy or sell.

Perhaps as an option, toggled by a checkbox on the shop window.

While we're at it, I'll add on that I'd like categories/items that do have prices set, but none of the item actually available (just plain none in storage, for whatever reason) to be greyed out as in many, many, many, many other games/systems. (many of which pre-date Starmade's development)

I'd like them to allso be shunted to the bottom of the list, but even just the greying out will help a ton.
