Shipyard computer block stoped working

i hit load dezine it says loading then nothing it stays like that i can do nothing with it help?

Ok, so you are using the Design meta item, and yes, I knew how it worked. Should have edited for clarity...
I don't really know what is going on then. I will have to experiment with shipyards some more before I have an answer for you, sorry.
